English MKII helmet, exterior of shell painted dark sand to olive green, with painted tricolor (blue-white-red) lozenge crest on both sides (one crest faintly visible, traces of oxidation covering the paint attesting to its age. (1st D.F.L.?), complete with cap and chinstrap in spring canvas and screw-on liner in black waxed canvas. Manufacturer's cold stamping inside the bomb (letter "S" in an oval and date 1941 (barely visible) liner signed TTC for Teddy Toy Co Ltd. Dagenham and dated 1942. (Condition 2)
