Beautiful double pistol for defense or travel, with two smooth-bore tabletop barrels in 13 mm caliber. Fireplaces on crushed inertia blocks, flat-bodied front locks engraved with a spider-web motif at the rear. Iron-mounted weapon (bright polished). Front of trigger guard engraved with urn pattern, hood with ramrod wait (missing), prominent oval-bottomed cap with concave sides, walnut frame extending to half barrel, checkered grip and carved foliage frieze at foot of cap. Functional mechanism, overall length 320 mm (Condition 1-).
