Martini-Henry system pistol with smooth, round barrel in 10mm (?) caliber. Bronze frame, trigger guard and breech. Steel cocking lever matching the shape of the stock. Wooden stock and handguard richly nielloed with nickel silver wire inlays. Checkerboard engraving on the sides of the frame, as well as a wreath of foliage and text in oriental script ("work of Salih"). Non-functional mechanism. Probably made in the Kybher Pass tribal area. Missing screw, cracked carcass. Total length: 280mm. Condition 2-
