Two Bradel in-12 volumes bound in red paper, smooth spine divided by gilt fillets, gilt title and volume number, edges speckled in blue and red (contemporary binding). ORIGINAL COMPOSITE EDITION of this pioneering novel of CONJECTURAL LITERATURE, of which “the rarity of its only two editions [makes] it a virtually unknown work.” (Versins).
