Dear customers and friends, we thank you for your interest in our auction and would like to inform you that we will not be able to respond to your inquiries until Monday, July 6. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Category C and B firearms are regulated weapons. Therefore, all purchasers must provide their SIA number, a copy of their ID, and one of the following documents:

- A valid license from the French Shooting Federation, endorsed by a physician.

- A valid hunting license with a current validation.

- A license from the French Clay Pigeon Shooting Federation.

Note: Bidders who hold only a hunting permit must have opened their virtual workshop and created their SIA number before they can collect their lots, so that the auction house can directly record their purchases in the system.

For professional buyers, a valid copy of the “B” or “C” category firearms dealer’s license—depending on the classification of the lots—and their S.I.A. number will be required.

A check against the national FINADIA database will be conducted; if the bidder is listed in this database, the sale will be canceled without the possibility of appeal.

Condition ratings are specified at the end of each description. (1) Very good condition (2) Good condition (3) Fair condition (4) Poor condition. These ratings are further qualified, where applicable, by “+” or “-”.

Please note that the firearms presented in this sale are sold as collector’s items, and SARL Marambat - de Malafosse cannot be held liable in the event of their improper use.
