Order of St. Alexander Nevsky, Prince of Novgorod (1220-1263) Insignia made by the goldsmith Albert Keibel 1 (active from 1896/1908) in gold 56 zolotniki (14K) The number of recipients from 1725 to 1917 amounts to 3674. This order is the third Russian honorary order. Description of the jewel: Double-sided gold Maltese cross with translucent red enamel branches on a guilloche background with grains of rice on both sides. Four double-headed Russian imperial eagles in gold between the branches. Centers on the reverse and obverse enamel finely painted (St Alexander Nevsky on horseback on the obverse and reverse monogram intertwined and crowned with the Saint on a background of enamel to the white Eburnian). Badge intact without fels or chips. (1+) Weight : 30g Height (excluding the clasp): 55 mm Hallmarks: "AK" in the lower branch, double-headed eagle on the upper branch. Unknown mark on the hoop.
